Hand carved and painted in Nepal fair trade Himalayan Om Stone.
One side is inscribed with 'Om Mani Padme Hum' Buddhist Chant Mantra and the reserve side has the 'Eyes of Buddha'. Also known as Wisdom Eyes which is a symbol of unity and enlightenment. The stone also has a large hole which will fit even the larger types of incense sticks.
Om stones are made as a devotional spiritual practise and left as offerings around Nepal, Tibet and Northern India.
It measures 8 x 5cm and the stone is fairly heavy and could also be used as a paper weight.
Its a great gift or a lovely treat for yourself.
