Our conversion kit works with oryginal or OEM clutch discs and preasure plates. You can also order it in our shop separatelly.

This Kit include:

• 100% CNC machined parts made by ADAMAT Performance
  
• 7.9g weight hybrid flywhell made from special aircraft grade aluminum alloy with titanium AlZnMg+Ti. Flywhell made as light single mass with iner ductile iron GJS-600 friction disc. The best  abrasion and temperature resistance from other materials,
  
• Complete flywhell with starter ring and triger ring for crank sensor assembled in adapter plate 
• Made from Dural 2017a adapter conversion plate with double centering, 1St stage centering on oryginal two slaves in engine block, 2st stage on oryginal positioning holes in BMW gerabox. Adapter plate have slot for assembly Crank Sensor. You dont need any other modification to start your M62 / S62 and N62 with those setup.

Clutch set are fully dynamic ballanced.

Our product are maximum optimazed for strenght analisys by virtual FEM analisys and real tests.

1st option - 5 speed ZF gearbox from E36 328i, E46 328i, E46 330i, E39 528i or E39 530i, we are recomended gearbox with MTF oil, gearbox strenght up to 650HP / 800Nm of torque, gearbox type S5D-320Z, S5D-310Z, S5D-260Z / GS6-37BZ
 - 5 speed M57 gearbox from E46 330d,  E39 525d or E39 530D (called M57 gearbox) - gearbox strenght up to 800HP / 1100Nm of torque, gearbox type GS5-39DZ
 - 6 speed E46 M3 gearbox (GETRAG) - gearbox strenght up to 1050HP / 1400Nm of torque, gearbox type S6S-420G

We are also offer oryginal BMW clutch disc with upgraded pads LUK 8090S with Kevlar.

We have 10 years experience in motorsport with many materials and also 20 years of experience in aircarft enginering design process.

Those material have bether mechanical properties then standard mild steel and bether then ductlie iron used in engines from many years.

Light strong materials can give you more power and energy efficent with same strenght then standard havy steel or ductile iron materials.

We tested many solution from years to give you best options. Our solution are tested on streets in drifting cars and in off-road cars.

We are also made full clutch kits for 1160Nm, 1400Nm up to 2140Nm of torque.
