This Platinum Parallel card of Herman Ese'ese is number PS073 in the 2019 NRL Traders set. 

It is Brand New from the packet and has since been stored in a plastic card sleeve.  Every card I sell is posted in a protective plastic sleeve, and I offer combined postage for multiple card purchases.
