Returns Policy

- In the unlikely event that one of our products is faulty we will gladly replace it at the request of the buyer, provided that the damage/defect is not the result of the buyer’s actions. The buyer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the good

- Please note that all of our products are Brand New and therefore unlikely to be defective

- Any products damaged during transport and handling are not eligible for replacement. In this case, the delivery company is liable and insurance will cover this
