Product description:
Ben Nye, Sr. pioneered Hair Colors still has the right balance between colors, appearing realistic for stage and film. The original Ben Nye hair color presents a realistic tone with subtle metallic highlights. Shake vigorously and thoroughly before using. Shake until color looks solid all the way throughout the bottle before using. This will help give you a natural smooth even hair color. Apply with a toothbrush, and style easily without stiffness. Take smooth slow strokes through hair. More than one application might be needed depending on color you are trying to achieve. Avoid use on chemically treated hair.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             When applied according to the instructions, and then stabilized with hairspray, it works well. Several things to look out for, however. Note: this is more of a paint, than a dye. Leaves your hair rather stiff. Also, since it acts more like a paint, if you happen to have a bald spot, apply carefully to avoid "painting" your scalp! I found that it stayed on pretty well for at least two days straight! Biggest enemy is sweat!! I had a two day outdoor performance in 90 degree temperature weather. It held up well (although I did check on my look on occasions), just to mop up any sweat dribbles that I had occur periodically. This is a great "go to" for short term use product! If you are looking for something to use for a multi-week event, you're still going to need to work with a "temporary dye". This is going to be your product to use! Selling As Is.
