Are you looking for an easy way to repair the broken ears on your FurReal pony? 

If your ear has fallen off examine the inside of the ear.  I’m sure you will find that one of the locking tabs have broken off or the ear itself has cracked, it will allow the ear to stretch and fall off.  I have seen many replacement ears for sale on ebay that have this problem.

The ears are currently locked into place and will not come off unless the plastic inside of the ear is broken.  In the listing photos is a picture of the mounting pin.  Notice how the ears of the Mounting Clip mount under the head of the mounting pin, this ensures the ear will not fall off unless the clip is broken.

To repair your damaged ear, use a small screw driver to remove the broken parts from the ear.  Apply a small amount of adhesive to adhere the mounting clip into the ear. (I have had good luck using contact cement) Then place the newly repaired ear on the pony.  Press down and you should hear a click as the new ear snaps into position.

The new Mounting Clips are made from ABS plastic.
