Description

Presenting a vintage signed Nuutajarvi Notjso art glass decanter bottle titled
"Sydney in the 1840s"
produced during the late 1960s.

This bottle depicts what I believe is the old Sydney court house and neighbouring buildings. This scene is repeated in relief around the entire perimeter of the mid section to the bottle suiting its rounded square form perfectly. Underneath the court house the raised words title the bottle
"Sydney in the 1840s".
The glass is of high clear quality and the bottle still retains its original cork with metal ring. The bottle is also fully signed to its base
Nuutajarvi Notsjo 1968.
This bottle would make a fine addition to any Nuutajarvi or Scandinavian glass collection.
This bottle measures 12.5cm across in length, 7cm in depth and stands 17cm at its tallest including cork.
Presented in exceptional vintage condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
The glass remains clear and vibrant with no clouding. The original cork is still strong and fully functional. There is age related wear to the underside of the base which is common and mentioned only for accuracy.
It displays perfectly!!!
