When you pick an engineered floor, you really do get the best of both worlds; a solid wood top layer, providing the appearance of a solid wood floor, but with added stability and durability. Our Nevada 14/3 collection is one of our most popular ranges of engineered flooring. These beautiful floors are 14mm thick and come with a gorgeous 3mm solid wood veneer. The added benefit of an engineered floor is that if it starts to look a little tired, it can be sanded down and re-finished, however this is unlikely to be needed for at least the first 15-20 years.

This floor has been designed to appear distressed, which provides a rustic and authentic look, which would look great in any living space throughout the home. The beautiful, medium to dark tones of this flooring will work perfectly with any home décor design.

Don't compromise! Allow our Flooring Surgeons to arrange the perfect fitting service for you. We operate right across the West Midlands, so if you have never fitted a floor before, we would highly recommend booking one of our expert flooring fitters to make sure the job is done right!

Our work is pure passion, as our customers will happily testify. We are not in the business of short cuts and have never rushed through any job, and the number of people recommending us today is an indication of our true quality. Each of our contractor's have their own public liability insurance to protect both parties and all work carried out is guaranteed for a period of one year, giving you total peace of mind and assurance.

The benefits of having your flooring professionally fitted means you get the "Surgeons Touch". A package providing you with shorter installation time, minimal wastage and a perfect finish with no mess or fuss. Our fitters use the highest standard of tools and pay 100% attention to detail, meaning you can rest assured that your floor will not only look perfect, but will also be built to last.

Our service doesn't just end with fitting; once the work is complete the fitters will also vacuum and tidy your brand new flooring, making sure you are completely satisfied.

How do I enquire about Fitting?

We will require an email or message, providing the following details:

- Where you're located? We only cover the WEST MIDLANDS

- Product you are interested in?

- Which rooms the flooring will be installed in?

- What the material of your subfloor is?

- What the condition of the subfloor is, i.e. is it level?

The more information the better, so please feel free to provide picture of the areas in question, as that will most definitely help us assess your property better, and in return provide you with advice and a more accurate quote.

It should be noted that we are currently only in a position to provide our fitting services to the West Midlands.

Delivery

Delivery Information

WE DELIVER NATIONWIDE ACROSS THE COUNTRY, JUST GET IN TOUCH AND ASK :)

During the checkout process, you will be given the option to choose your delivery date, which is available from 3 working days after the date of your order. Your delivery date will then be confirmed via email, so please ensure that you provide correct contact details so we can keep you updated on your order.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability, and therefore, please note that on occasions we may not be able to deliver on your specified date, however we will always contact you to let you know if there are any delays.

Your flooring will be delivered to the kerbside of the delivery address, as delivery drivers are not permitted or insured to move products to the property, gardens, garages, driveways etc. Unless we have agreed this in writing. As the products can be heavy, we recommend you have someone to help you move the products inside your property, or to the place where you wish to store them.

Delivery Times

Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm. The products will not be delivered unless they are signed for by you or someone you nominate to accept delivery for you. Someone over the age of 18 must sign for the delivery.

Accessibility

Deliveries can be made to you in a van, rigid lorry or articulated lorry. For this reason, it is important to let us know if your property is difficult to access (e.g. if you live in a narrow road or a gated community), so that we can make appropriate arrangements. We appreciate any details you can provide us with, in order to ensure the delivery process runs smoothly. You can do this either by calling us, emailing us or writing a note at the checkout.

Store collection

You can collect your flooring or accessories directly from our store. These will usually be available for collection within 2-3 working days and you will receive an email to let you know that your products have arrived. Please note, we will only be able to store these products for a maximum of 10 days.

What if I miss my delivery?

If there is no one at the property at time of arrival then the products will be returned to us. You can then either arrange to collect these from our store, or you can arrange a new delivery date which will be subject to an additional delivery charge of £45.

Flooring Surgeons will not leave your flooring with a neighbour, unless this has otherwise been requested in advance either by email or on notes at the checkout.

Due to the size and value of products being delivered, Flooring Surgeons will not leave your flooring delivery outside of your property (e.g. in a porch area). All deliveries must be signed for.

Returns

We really hope that you will love your new floor, however in the case that you don't or if there are issues with your product, please follow our returns policy below. You can find full details of our cancellation and returns policy on our terms & conditions.

What if I have an issue with my product?

Flooring Surgeons always endeavour to provide you with the highest quality products on the market, however in the unlikely event that you do have an issue with your product, please let us know. When you receive your delivery, it is important you check the package and if there are any signs of immediate damage or items missing, please firstly notify your delivery driver so a note can be made on your paper work. You can then either give us a call or drop us an email to let us know about the issue (photos are always helpful too). In addition, if you notice any issues with your products later down the line, please contact us in the same way. We will always do our best to rectify any issues you have with your product and will deal with it as quickly as possible by either replacing or refunding faulty items. It should be noted that we are unable to accept items as being faulty if they have been tampered with or used in a way that is against the manufacturer's advice or ours. Please visit our terms & conditions for full details on what to do if there are any issues with your product.

Cancellations

Upon receiving your order confirmation email, you will have up to 24 hours to cancel your order. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund for your order. If you wish to cancel your order after this time, then you will be subject to our refund policy, as your order will have already been processed and is likely to be on its way to you.

Returns

If for any reason you change your mind about the product you've ordered, you will have up to 14 days upon receiving your products to let us know that you would like to return them. Before returning your items to us, please contact us either by phone or email. We will then be able to make arrangements to collect these from you, subject to you paying a collection fee (which is calculated based upon your location) or you can bring these back to our store. Please note, products must be returned to us in their original packaging and be complete with all parts and accessories that were delivered with the product. We will only issue a refund to you once we have inspected the goods and accept that the goods have been returned in their original condition. Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after we have received your items.
