FLEX CLASSIC is our cut TOP MATERIAL for cutting. The material is available in mani colors with a matt surface. The composition is 50% Polyurethane and 50% Copes. The colored part (50μm) can withstand direct ironing; the thermoadesive part (50μm), that bounds to the special self-adhesive liner, makes it possible to create small lettering and let you remove the polye ster-hot with speediness , after the application.
USING OUR INSTRUCTIONS, IT IS POSSIBLE FOR ALL THE COLORS TO CREATE OVERLAPPING!

INDICATIONS
-Please note that before carving material, you must run the load of the worksheet by following the procedure of the cutter: MENU/LOA DING and enter the correct size.
-Cut the material so MIRROR.
-During the FILM PEELING phase, remove the material in excess by the hand resting on the support and apply gentle pressure towards the outside.
-During the PRINT APPLICATION phase, after having the print pressed as special ed in the technical data sheet, we suggest to remove the support and to press the print again foe another 5 or 10 seconds, covering it with silicon paper, in order to assure a greater resistance to washing.
INDICATIONS FOR OVERLAPPING
You can not overlap the Flex classic Special(metallic, uo, glitter and glossy).
1) Position the rst printing and apply to 150°C for 5 seconds and remove the support.
2) Position the second printing above the rst and apply all as data sheet.
