Description When you pick an engineered floor, you really do get the best of both worlds; a solid wood top layer, providing the appearance of a solid wood floor, but with added stability and durability. This Riviera Herringbone range is 18mm thick and comes with a 3mm solid wood veneer, meaning that this floor is hardwearing and can also be sanded down and re-finished several times during its lifetime. However, your floor is unlikely to need to be re-finished for at least the first 10-15 years. The Brushed & Matt Lacquered finish provides a smooth protective surface, which highlights the natural beauty of the oak. Herringbone floors are the perfect way to bring a unique style to any room. Each pack comes with a combination of A and B boards, which when fitted together, create this distinctive pattern across the entire floor. Great for anyone looking for something a little different. Delivery/Returns
|
Delivery cost for flooring depends on the size of your order and your location. To check we can deliver to your postcode, please send us a message on eBay prior to placing your order or simply give us a call. Following insurance guidelines, all pallet deliveries are KERB-SIDE only, which means your goods will be taken off the vehicle with a pallet pump truck via the tail lift and the driver will place the pallet at the nearest point they can safely access to your address. Please note some smaller order may be sent via TNT in which case the driver will bring the order to your door. Drivers are not insured to carry orders into your home and therefore we advise you to have someone who is able to move the order into your home on the day of delivery. Before signing for your goods, upon arrival you must check all parts of the order to ensure it has arrived in full and check for any damage during its transit. In the rare occurrence, if there is damage to your order, you MUST sign the delivery note as 'DAMAGED' and explain to what extent. |
If you then contact us we will look to replace any damaged items as soon as you make us aware. Please note that as with any delivery, if you sign the delivery note to say to say that you have received the goods in good order, we cannot then replace any damaged packs after this stage. Any special access requirements should be outlined at the time of your order, if you have any restricted access such as size, weight or parking limitations or for any other reason that an arctic sized wagon cannot reach your address, you must inform us at the time of order so we can make necessary arrangements. Any failed delivery will incur a re-delivery charge. Any goods which are refused at the time of delivery and upon receipt back to us that are shown to not contain faults or damages will be given a refund, less the delivery costs. Finally, please note: NO liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore, we advise against booking or making arrangements for installations etc.. until goods have been received. |
