        Shipping Policy

            • We offer FREE Economy shipping to addresses in the United States ONLY, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the military addresses (APO & FPO). 
            • We reserve the sole right to choose the carriers.
            • Orders will be shipped within 1 business day after we received your payment.
            • Economy shipping will take 1-10 business days depending on your location. 
            • After your order(s) shipped, we will provide you with tracking number(s), please check your spam folder if you do not get your tracking information.
            • We will only ship to confirmed address provided by PayPal.  If an alternate address is preferred, please indicate on your PayPal payment.
            • We will ship International only through Global Shipping Program at this time.
            • California residents must add sales tax.

            Return Policy

                  • Defective products must be reported within 14 days from the ship date.
                  • To return, you must contact us to obtain an RMA number before sending back the item(s). We will not accept returns without a valid RMA number.
                  • The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping cost.
                  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. All returns will incur a 20% or $9.99 restocking fee, whichever is lower to cover the shipping & handling fees.
                  • Return must be in the original shipping box, sealed and fully protected.
                  • Damaged products will not be refunded. Only unopened products are returnable for refund.
