All DVD duplicators DO NOT burn copy copy-protected DVD and CD discs, such as movies rented from DVD rental stores.

Free shipping only applies to orders shipped within the continental United States. Returns for refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days from the invoice date.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  To receive an RMA number, please contact us by eBay message.

Non-defective returns will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% from item purchase price, excluding any shipping and handles charges.
