In good CLEAN pre-owned condition, various light scratches scuffs scrapes, visible wear, no chips and all surfaces feel smooth with no breaks no repairs. I have no idea how old this is but it is quite nicely designed, a unique well-made piece. Inset turquoise gemstone heart appears to be real, but I am no expert gemologist. In my research I came across other vases with inset turquoise inside a turtle image so maybe this symbolism means something significant? Also, this may or may not have been made by an actual full-blood Native Mexico Indian… so buy it for decorative esthetic reasons not historic or cultural reasons, (unless of course you recognize this by tribe or region or era?).
