SHIPPING:   Shipping cost you see is the actual cost,  we do not make money on shipping and never want to do so.  Items are shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise stated in listing.  Some items take a bit longer to prepare to ship.  Items will either be shipped USPS, FedEx or UPS – depending on the quickest and best way to get the item to you.  

RETURNS:  returns are accepted only if there is a problem with the item that was not disclosed.  We do not accept returns for other reasons.  If an item is damaged in shipping – which does not occur very much at all – please let us know right away so a claim can be filed with the shipping company.   

OFFERS:  if there is an option to accept best offer on an item we are happy to consider any reasonable offer.    Once an offer is accepted payment is due right away. 

We do our best to list items as accurately as possible.  We try to include all information we can think of.  If you have any questions please ask as we are happy to answer them and will do so as quick as possible. Also please look at all pictures as they are considered part of the description.  Please understand that we do have other obligations (family, church, work) that sometimes keep us from answering immediately but we will always get back to you.
