Our preferred payment method is via PayPal. We also offer cash on collection.
Delivery:
We normally dispatch the item the same day if payment is cleared before 12 o’clock. We do not work on weekends and bank holidays so anything purchased over this period will be dispatch the following business day. We offer free postage within UK. For international deliveries please contact us for more information. We should not be held liable for custom or duty taxes for international deliveries.
Warranty:
We offer 30 days warranty on all our products, which includes repair of your item, labour, parts or replacement. The buyer will be liable for getting the item back to us for repairs/inspections. The warranty doesn’t cover burn/breaks that may have occurred to the device by the buyer. We will do our best to resolve any problems that you may be experiencing with your purchased item.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please get in touch with us as
soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify the problem. If you would
like to return the item then you get 30 days from the day you purchase the item
to get in touch with us and return the item to us. Please note that it will be
the buyer’s responsibility to send the item back to us and pay the postal
charges for the return. The item must be delivered in its original condition
along with original packaging and a recorded delivery service should be used.
Once we receive the item, we will perform our checks and issue a refund within
2 days. If the item is not delivered in its original state then we will make a
reasonable deduction to cover the loss of value of the product.
