FINALLY, correct LEFT THREAD wheel stud and  LEFT THREAD lug nuts for the Dodge cars 1933-1954. The stud is OEM 687902, the nuts are  672970, superceded by 1139317. Dodge used these lug studs and nuts from 1933 right through the 5o's.  Price is for a set of five left thread lug studs and nuts.
