This item is for a connecting rod bolt set for 2005-2021 GM 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, 6.0L, and 6.2L LS-series V-8 engines. P/N (16) LS0662. These bolts are the same as GM part number 11570662. Feel free to contact us with any fitment questions.
These are second design bolts that have a retaining ring on the bolt shank. Using different bolts on the same rod WILL CAUSE uneven clamping loads.
The connecting rod bolts on all LS engines are torque-to-yield (TTY) bolts and must be replaced once removed for service. These new bolts are TTY bolts and can be tightened up to 3 times for assembly purposes. Falcon Performance is bringing you these O.E.M. equivalent bolts to help you save money over buying from the GM dealer.
These bolts are purchased in bulk from the same supplier that GM uses. The GM (O.E.M.) part number below is used for reference.
