Every clothing item we list is inspected and measured. This gives the buyer a sense of understanding and assurance that it will fit properly. Please compare the measurements listed above to your measurements. We list all of our clothing by their label size and then list the measurements taken in the description. If label is missing, then we list the item using our measurements. Please note that the measurements taken may often differ from its label size. This is the nature when dealing with pre-owned clothing. They might have been altered by their previous owner. Not all designers, styles, and cuts fit the same. Please check the measurements taken to ensure proper fit. If you are uncertain about an item, please ask for more description prior to purchasing it.
Payment:
Payment is due within 5 days. PayPal is our only method of accepting payment. If you are unable to make a payment within the 5 days, you will need to contact us. If we do not receive payment within the 5 days and you have not contacted us, we will report the situation to eBay and relist the item.
Shipping:
We normally ship the next business day. Shipping is done everyday Monday - Friday and occasionally on Saturday. All our clothing have fixed price rate. We do offer discounted rate when more than one is purchased - see above for rates. Please don't complain that our shipping & handling charges are high as this may be your case because you live close. The person living on the west coast is thankful for this. We ship First Class Mail and Priority Mail, depending on the weight, for all or clothing. We do ship internationally but will like to be contacted for an exact shipping cost to your country as this varies greatly.
Returns:
We offer a 30-day money back return policy. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. All returns need to handled through eBay. You will need to contact us and tell us you want to return the item. You will need to start a return through eBay. Do not just return an item without starting a return on eBay. These items will be ignored when received. This way we can both track the return process and make it easier and faster.
