7. What do I do if I dont receive my package?

If you have taken advantage of FREE Europe Delivery please allow 7-10  working days before contacting us. We would dispatch your order within 1 working days and upload the tracking number,If you experienced delivery delays by DHL/ UPS  Mail post, we cannot be held responsible for deliveries not arriving on time.
