Up for sale is a SKLAR Curved Sponge Forceps 6.5" Long Made in Germany . It has the following markings:

The approximate measurements are shown in the photos. 6 1/2" long x 2 1/2" wide at handle.
This is in good condition. There are some scratches and scuffs. This has a locking mechanism that appears to work fine. What you see is what you get. (see photos)
