Our warranty will be stated on the top of the listing.

Back to Base warranty – It is the buyer’s responsibility to send the item back and we will deliver the replacement.

A proof of purchase will be emailed to the buyer on request, please keep it as you will need this for any warranty claim.
When sending an item for repair/replace please remember to add your details so we can find you easily. If possible add a written description of the problem, reason for return.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

After the auction/sale is closed, the winners should contact us within 3 days and payment must be received within 5 days.
 Any refund, returned of non-defective item(s) is subject to a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price. 
A full refund will be given on cancelation of any purchase as long as it has not left our warehouse and a cancelation has been raised by the purchaser within 24Hr’s of making the purchase, otherwise a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
All products quoted are used, unless otherwise specified. Picture sometimes might differ slightly from the product shown because of volume turnover.
All overseas buying will be liable for any taxes associated with overseas customs. (Import tax, VAT, etc.)
For all overseas buyers if there is an issue with the unit the buyer will have to pay for transportation of the faulty item back to our facility.
