This cable has 6 feet long / 72 inches with one 6-pin RJ-11 male end and the other end is a 25-pin male serial DB25M end, which is also referred sometimes called by the specification name of IEEE 1284 Type A. Technically, the 6-wire / conductor configuration is called RJ-12, but the manufacturer refers to it by the more common RJ-11 nomenclature.
