Beautiful length of antique French cotton in a very unique almost abstract fresco type floral. An array of various designs, florals & hearts. There is also a subtle pattern to the ground done in a tannish straw or pale ochre tone, close to a wheat color. It has the illusion of a free form type fresco stenciling, probably done with blocks. Really interesting pattern of it's period,  about 1880's-1900. A bit romantic and also a bit whimsical & folksy in it's nuance. This is about quilting weight in a medium to slightly larger scale. far lovelier in person.
Excellent for very unique period projects; home pieces, clothing & bag elements, patchwork type quilting and artisan creations.

**Condition is overall very good given it's age. Used. A subtle hint of aging to the patina which is marvelous with this design.

**This length measures 16" wide by 43" long ~ I can keep your length selected uncut. So for example, a quantity of "2" selected would be 16" by 86" long etc..

At the time of this listing, I also have a wider length of this currently listed.

Welcome to my store! I sell antique and vintage fabric. Each textile is different; some possibly used, some unused. I will give you my best assessment. I do not always launder them nor do I know all their history, how they have been stored over time etc.. I have a 30+ year long &  extensive knowledge of textiles and gauge age ranges; fiber content etc.. to the best of my ability. As always please view all photos, dimensions etc.. as they are part of the description. Please keep in mind that I provide the best photos possible but monitors do vary. If my eyes should miss a small flaw, please know it is not intentional. I am always available and happy to answer any inquiries so always please ask if I have not addressed something that may be important to you.

I do combine shipping whenever possible. If you are an international buyer or purchasing multiple pieces, please wait for my personal invoice as ebay's auto. combined invoices are rarely accurate. You can do this by either messaging me or using the drop down button that says "request total from seller" after your purchase but prior to paypal checkout. Again, if you have any questions, please message me.
