A late Victorian circa 1894 garnet and split pearl ring set in 10K yellow gold.  The center closed-back garnet has a pinkish hue and is surrounded by a halo of split pearls.  The inside of the ring has an inscription “P.R” and also dated for “Obt 12 Nov 1894.”

Condition: In good antique condition with some surface wear and some dirt behind the foiled garnet.  The pearls have darkened over time and there appears to be previous repair work and old lead solder marks behind the ring.
