Electro Harmonix Bass Big Muff PI Fuzz

The new Electro-harmonix Bass Big Muff Pi is based on the original, Green Sovtek Russian Big Muff , and works great with guitar or bass. For bassists, this is a great Big Muff optimized for the instrument, and for guitarists, a great way to get that creamier, smoother sound of the sought-after Green Big Muff, as used by players such as Dan Auerbach from the Black Keys.

Now the legendary Big Muff distortion pedal is available for Bass Guitarists, and Electro Harmonix have done everything to retain the essence and tonal characteristics of the original. With true bypass and an all-metal rugged chassis,the Big muff Pi for bass is a powerhouse of a pedal that allows you to tailor your drive/distortion sound with sustain, tone and volume knobs and features independent outputs for both Wet and Dry signals.

Royal Mail:

Items under 2kg and under £50 will be sent via the Royal Mail Second Class service.
Most items are delivered within 3-5 working days.

Parcelforce:

Items over 2kg or over £50 will be sent via the Parcelforce 24 Next Working Day service.
Zone 2/3 = FREE - This is the standard shipping rate. Most UK post codes fall in to this band - England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
You will receive an email from Parcelforce as soon as the item is sent with details of your intended delivery date.
On your delivery date you will receive an email and text message with details of what time (one hour window) your Parcelforce driver will be delivering to you. You can then reply to this message to choose a different delivery time or redelivery to an alternative address.

Collection:

If you live locally goods can be collected from our store in Colchester, Essex (see address below)

Information:

Please be aware that to receive next working day delivery your order must be placed before midday. Any order placed after midday Friday will not be dispatched until Monday as the courier service only operates Monday to Friday (and does not deliver on bank holidays). Although we aim to dispatch all orders on time a next day service is not guaranteed.

Returns

There are two reasons why you will need to return a purchase, firstly that you have decided you no longer want the product either because the product is no longer required or that on seeing and handling the product you do not like it. In this case please contact us via eBay message and we will issue a RAN number and give you details of where you can post it too. If you have difficulty getting to a post office then we can send someone to collect but in this instance there would be a £20 collection charge.

We allow you seven days to assess your purchase and decide if you want to keep it. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and be in an unused condition. When sending goods to us, it is your responsibility to ensure the goods are safely packaged and that you have the correct insurance in case of damage or loss. The second reason is if the goods are faulty. If you believe this to be the case please contact us via eBay message and let us know if you would like us to collect and credit, or if you would like a replacement. You will not incur any costs as the goods are faulty and all costs will be borne by us.

All products have a least a one year warranty and should a fault appear after the initial seven day period then it is your responsibility to post the items to us. We recommend that you keep the original packaging for transport.
