76 page folded and stapled brochure plus 8 page folded insert. In good condition with some age related handling marks and discolouration. Some scuffing to folded edges and corners. Staples slightly rusty but all pages intact and no tears.
My husband has been collecting brochures since he was a boy. Now we are downsizing so regretfully selling his collection for others to enjoy as much as he has.
