Beautiful length of vintage polished cotton in a lovely larger scale leaf/foliage pattern. Gorgeous intense palette of rose/pink, cobalt blue, a vibrant more skyblue, violet and purple. The ground is a very very soft pale subtle tender orchid pink which makes the other tones simply amazing in contrast. An ikat or warp type weave. Smooth elegant with a hint of polish. Can be both relaxed and more refined depending on how it's used. Wonderful piece from about the 1940's, possibly into the 50's.
Excellent for home pieces; windows, pillows, lamps etc.. as well as creative millinery, clothing elements, covered boxes, journals etc..
