These are the sought after original UNCUT 20th Century Fox originally released Laserdiscs of selected X-Files episodes.
Full seasons were released only in Japan on this format (also available from my store), Fox decided to launch the US versions of some special episodes for the US market given the repercussion.

This volume, in pristine condition, even though it is open, it was never played and still holds the original plastic wrap:
