According to BedGear any warranty information displayed on packaging is invalid and under no circumstances are we advertising that this product has any form of manufacturers warranty.

• Packages might have writing on it (size, price, etc.)
• Package may display a manufacturers warranty which bedgear has informed us (via copyright infringement letter) that they do not honor at all (no really not at all)
  
• These came from a mattress store that went out of business which is why the price on the package is ridiculous
