Payment accepted via PayPal. 30 day returns - buyer pays return postage. Please contact us beforehand to request a returns authorisation number - your refund cannot be processed without this.  Please notify us within 3 days for any goods damaged on delivery. In the unlikely event of you not receiving your delivery, please message us within 7 days of expected delivery date and we will send out replacements immediately.

Please read the listing description carefully, by making the purchase you accept the sale under everything specified in the listing description.

Shipping Information

Orders placed where payment clears before 2 PM (Mon - Fri) will be shipped same day.  Orders placed after 2 PM or at the weekend will be shipped first working day.  No orders will be shipped during bank holidays or the Christmas period.

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48.  You can upgrade to Royal Mail 24 for a small fee. Larger orders (in excess of 2 kg) may be sent via other carriers.  We reserve the right to use any carrier we choose, at our sole discrestion, without notice. If you request a particular carrier, an additional charge may apply.  Any further delivery instructions to be added after your order has been dispatched may carry an additional charge.

An order may be dispatched without being "marked as dispatched" on eBay. We cannot accept cancellations after we have dispatched your orders. This includes any items that may not yet be "marked as dispatched" on eBay.

Orders will be shipped to your PayPal delivery address only. I'm afraid that we cannot ship to any address other than your PayPal address.

We are an online only business. Our warehouse is not open to the public and our insurance does not allow the general public on our property. Do not turn up to our warehouse as you will be turned away!

We are an online only business, we do not have any telephone facilities. We can only accept communication via eBay (as per our contract with eBay). Do not attempt to call us after googling, we have received complaints from companies with similar names and our suppliers!!
