DAMAGED ITEMS & RETURNS:

I ALWAYS replace or refund by email.  

Please just email me as I usually just send out a 

replacement/refund without having to return.

Damaged: All items are shipped from my distributor new in the original packaging. Please contact me by email in the event that your item arrives with damage. I can file a claim on the item right away with pictures of the damage. In very rare situations my distributor will require a return for the quality control department to review and will send a prepaid return label for the return.  This is so rare and we usually replace or refund within a day or two so please do not use the Ebay Return Service as you will most likely not be returning your item and that service will sit open redundant when there will be no return.  If you just email me, I can have a replacement or refund right out to you!  I don't use the return service as I have my own replacement/refund service that is easier, better and faster.

Returns: I try my best to picture my items well and include accurate descriptions with dimensions. Please email with any questions! In the event that a purchase is not what you were looking for and you would like to return it, please note that buyer pays all return shipping and my distributor does NOT refund the original shipping (as not part of item and would be paid by buyer anyway and may be included in your original item price) and withholds a 20% restocking fee. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please contact me for a return authorization number to include on the label of your return. Once your return is received you will receive a refund less the original shipping cost and 20% restocking fee.  Please take into consideration what you will receive back before returning an item as it may be more cost effective for you to keep it and use it as a gift or resell it.

DELAYED SHIPMENTS & DISCONTINUED ITEMS:

Occasionally, an item will discontinue or stock will run low creating a delayed ship status before I have a chance to close the auction. If you should make a purchase of an item that turns out to be on delayed shipment status I will contact you right away to make arrangements to continue with the delayed shipment, exchange the item or process a refund. I wasn't getting any warning when stock is low and, as hard as I try, this situation is beyond my control. However, just this month they are giving me a running amount so this should be very rare now, if at all.  I do my best to provide a worry-free experience and patience is very much appreciated.
