Delivery Information
We aim to process all orders within 24hr business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) using the delivery method selected when placing your order. Most orders are dispatched in the same day if the order is placed by 13:00.
UK Delivery Methods:
Free P&P or Economy:
Dispatched via Royal Mail 48hr or Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Please allow up to 6 business days for your order to arrive from payment being received.
1st Class:
Dispatched via Royal Mail 24hr or Royal Mail 1st Class post. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to arrive from payment being received.

Please retain all packaging the item(s) arrived in as we may ask you to send this back.
Please notify Party Bag World within 7 days of receiving your order should you wish to return any item/s. Party Bag World will refund any item/s received at our premises within 14 days in its original and undamaged packaging. Postage is not refundable and we advise customers to obtain proof of postage as Party Bag World cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss which occurs to products being returned whilst in transit. Valid refunds will be paid within 3 days of receiving the returned item/s via the same method of payment as when the order was placed.
Delivery, delayed, missing or damaged goods
Customers should ensure the correct delivery method is selected for their order (please see Delivery Information) and by accepting this Terms & Conditions document are confirming they have read and understood the dispatch and delivery time frame for their choice. If an order is not received during the time frame suggested or is damaged please contact the courier or Party Bag World. Although dispatch of an order and proof of postage confirms we have fulfilled the contract, we will liaise with third parties (for example couriers) should a problem arise once the goods have left our premises and would hope to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
To claim for a damaged item, we will require all the packaging the item was sent in and may also ask you to take photos of the item, so please do not dispose of this unless advised by us.
