This is one key from a Dell Latitude D620 D630 D820 D830 Laptop with Darfon keyboard.

Dell used two different keyboard manufacturers in these models: Sunrex and Darfon.  Picture #4 shows the Sunrex keyboard on top and the Darfon keyboard on the bottom.  Please compare the mounting style to your own keyboard.
