This item is a Used Vintage Genuine Olympus 49mm Skylight (1A) Filter.

This is an OEM Olympus filter with 49mm screw threads, for many OM Zuiko M lenses for 35mm SLRs and others. As it's a standard screw thread fitting it can of course be used on many other film or digital cameras and lenses too. (Make sure that this will work with your equipment before purchasing.)

The Skylight (1A) filter is an excellent protection for your lens, and also provides a slight warming effect on the color balance which many photographers prefer, especially if the subject is in shade on a sunny day. It's ideal for portraits and general photography. Coated glass for reduced flare and light loss. The filter is made in Japan with metal construction, and 49mm threads front and rear.

Light pink tint reduces bluish cast of natural light.
General protection filter reduces dust, moisture, and scratches from reaching lens elements.
