All items sold from our store come from a smoke-free, animal –free house.  We will ship your item within 48 hours of receiving payment.  If you are not pleased with item, please get in touch with us and we will make it right.  If you are buying more than 1 item at a time from us, and the items are all being sent to the same address, we will do combined shipping to help save you money.
