*We send items out every working day via courier or AUS post. Most items are sent within 24 hours(working day) upon payment. 

 * If you need express post, please contact us for the postage. The express service only applies to Auspost next day delivery zone. Please feel free to contact us.Thank you.

*Combine P&P is always welcome. For domestic postage, no extra postage required for any additional items (domestic postage fee for more than 1 item is same as 1 item). Please ask us  to combine postage if you buy different  models from us.

PAYMENT

Bank deposit is perferred.We also accept PayPal®. Please pay for the item through the eBay auction. Just click on the "Pay Now" button from your "My eBay" page to redirect you to checkout, or follow the checkout link that will be sent via email when the auction ends.

RETURNS and REPLACEMENT 

• We warrant our products for 6 months from the date of original purchase under normal, non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
• Typically it takes 3-5 business days to process a returned item once it has been received by us. The return credit will be applied to your PayPal account or your bank account. We will not be responsible for damaged returned merchandise.
• If products are returned to us within 90 days from the purchase day, we will refund or replace any defective product(s). Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and we bear the re-sending charges.
