Damages & Returns: Any damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. A photo of the damage is required in order to qualify for a refund.  If you would like to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds or Exchanges will be issued once we have the item back. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted. We cannot refund the original cost of postage. This is our Personal Small Business and we want to resolve any issue with you the best and fastest we can, So please don't hesitate to let us know of any issues!
