We will always try, through our photos, to tell you about the objects in great detail, so that your expectations are always met.
The objects, according to the Italian legislation, are sold "as is", in the conditions in which they are, excluding any form of guarantee.
Where not better specified, electrical equipment always requires adaptation to the regulations of the countries in which it will be used, as it is often left in its original configuration.

Right of withdrawal / Return

Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999 which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. contracts carried out outside commercial premises.
This right is reserved exclusively to natural persons, therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity carried out. To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send, within 10 working days of receipt of the goods, a communication in which the intention to withdraw from the contract is expressed.
The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, i.e.: - lack of the original packaging - absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.) - damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
In the case of a purchase from our site and the consequent desire for withdrawal, it will be necessary to send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or an email, to the same address as the seller, requesting a return. If the returned product has not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of damage or loss during transport, our shop reserves the right to charge for any damages incurred by deducting them from the amounts to be reimbursed. The Court of Taranto will be competent for any dispute.

Provide, using a courier of your choice and cost, shipping the product carefully packaged in the original packaging and complete with all accessories and all that originally contained. If the returned product has not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in case of damage or loss during transport, our store reserves the right to charge for any damages suffered by retaining them from the amounts to be reimbursed. For any eventual dispute the Court of Taranto will have jurisdiction.
