JSA authenticated vintage and rare early 70's Gatorade glass bottle twist-off metal lid, when they were promoting the NFL teams to collect, this one featuring the Kansas City Chiefs, AND was signed for me in person in black sharpie by the Late family team owner Lamar Hunt, adding '72 for his Hall of Fame year induction, as he was known for his contributions as an innovator to the NFL, among other sporting achievements.  My brother and I both collected the 26 team lids when growing up back then, some teams as variations with a few lids, like this Chiefs one is more an orange-red helmet color, compared to my primary red one in my set shown.  Way back I started getting all my helmet lids signed by one player/personnel associated with each team when the opportunity arose, often as my backup item after something else, but I do have some great names and HOF'ers on my own set.  Lamar who lived in Dallas often attended sports banquets and other such dinner events, often at the Fairmount Hotel downtown, which is where he signed this for me.  My signed set is not available at this time, and will not likely be broken up (looking to frame similar to layout displayed in 2nd pic of my set.)  This Chiefs one was one extra/variation that I had obtained along the way.  I guarantee you know one else was ever getting these vintage collectibles signed, never seen any signed from other sellers of the lids.  So this Lamar Hunt autographed one is most likely a 1 of 1.  And now the Chiefs have won the AFC bringing the Lamar Hunt Trophy back home to the Hunt family, and are looking to win a Super Bowl again, being 50 years ago since winning Super Bowl IV.  This lid is in excellent clean condition with the one little scrape at left edge showing silver under the white coating.  One side edge shows their Division (back then at least) and the other side their Conference.  The underside has the gummy sealing that is still a bit sticky (many are sold as such or with the sealing scraped off inside of lid.)  Very nice clean sig from this HOF'er and NFL contributor!  See my feedback for my honesty in what I offer, fast shipping, and safe packaging.  See my other authentic autographs and save on shipping.
