Up for auction a hand crafted cross stitch Christmas Stocking. It is very simplistic in that the front of the stocking is aida fabric which is embroidered and the back is simple linen fabric. It is not lined. At the side it is trimmed in red piping and the hanger is red ribbon as is a bow that is adorned at the top of the heart.
The color is ivory and the heart shows a teddy bear sitting in the front of a fire place with a christmas tree nearby. At the top the name reads "KELLY" but that name can be easily removed and add a different name.

The name is: Three Needle Company and is a division of the JCA Company.
This was a hand crafted model to a kit which would have been on display in a store to show the prospective buyers how the item will look when finished.
I learned recently that the name on many of these finished pieces identified the company as JCA Inc. with an address in Massachusettes. They evidently ceased operations and will not be making/distributing anymore needlecraft kits. These finished piece from kits are already hard to find and will only be offered occasionally perhaps on the internet. Per the JCA website:
