About Our Leather
Leather is a generalized term for any kind of hides or skins that have been tanned. What determines the look and feel of a leather piece is the result of the type of hide used, how it was tanned, and the quality of the raw, untanned hide before tanning.
Hides are skin and therefore have individual wrinkles, marks, and scars
that make each piece unique. This is what makes leather natural and special.

the other. This is part of the leather’s appeal and what makes it different

readily burn or melt, nor is it easily punctured. Also, today's tanning process
makes leather pieces supple for a much longer time than any other fabric or
material. With proper care, you can even expect leather to last a person’s entire
lifetime. Imitation leathers don't tend to hold up well or for very long,
whereas genuine leather will not become hot or sticky when confronted with
daily outdoor temperatures and lasts much longer. Nothing beats the look, feel,
and even smell of genuine, well-worn leather.

Delivery
We use Royal Mail to send all our packages and on occasion
we may use interlink, TnT or DHL depending on where you are located. We will
carefully select each courier to provide you with the fastest and excellent
service as possible.
What is the delivery
charge and how long will it take?
We provide all deliveries within the UK with a free 1st
class service excluding addresses in the Northern Ireland, republic of Ireland
and Highlands. When we dispatch your order you will receive an email
notification and if you select tracking service we will provide you the details
as fast as we can.
I ordered days ago
why has it not arrived?
In the highly unlikely event where you have not received
your package on the days specified it may be delayed in the post so please
kindly give an additional 7 working days UK Mainland and 21 days for European
and International deliveries, hopefully it should arrive well before then.
Please check if the courier company has not left any cards in case a delivery
attempt has been made which was unsuccessful.
UK Deliveries
We send most orders with Royal Mail first class post so it
should be with you between 1 – 3 days, however at times there may be unexpected
delays so please give 7 working days and it should be with you by then.
European and
International Deliveries
We send most orders with Royal Airmail post so it should be
with you between 7 – 14 days however at times there may be unexpected delays so
please give 21 working days and it should be with you by then.
Where don’t we
deliver?
Even though we deliver to 99.9% of addresses we cannot
deliver to a PO Box and BFPO.
I missed my delivery
because I was not at home, what now?
Don’t worry on most occasions the courier will leave your
package with a neighbour or a card posted through the door so please keep a
lookout for this. You may need to rearrange your delivery or a collection from
your local Royal Mail sorting office, therefore please follow the instructions
on the card.
Do you offer a
special next working day delivery option? – Applies to UK Mainland only
Yes we do, we understand the product you are purchasing
maybe a special gift for someone and this special service will cost £7.50 and will
be sent next working day provided you order before 3pm which is our cut off
time. However, 1st class service is our standard option.
What do I do if I
have not received my delivery in the time period stated?
You can contact us by selecting ‘Ask a question’ and we will
try and respond as soon as possible. Please include your sales order number or
any relevant information which may help us track your order quicker.
RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 30 day ‘no quibble’ money back guarantee. Please
contact us via eBay messaging system for a faster response.
I no longer want my
product, can I return it?
If you have changed your mind about the product you have
purchased please kindly send us an email
via eBay messaging system and let us know, please ensure that the product is
unopened, unused and in its original state that we sent this to you. For safety
purposes we cannot accept products that have been used.
My item is faulty
If your item is faulty don’t worry just contact us and let
us know if you need a replacement or refund and we will resolve the matter as
quickly as possible. Please contact us within 30 days when you receive your
order.
I accidentally
purchased the wrong item
Don’t worry these things happen, just send us a message to
let us know if you want to send the item back to us or you would like a refund.
If you wish to send the item back we will refund the amount paid fully only
once the item is received and in its original unopened packaging. Please note we do not reimburse the returns
postage cost. We do not reimburse if you
used additional special services i.e. special delivery postage or anything
above 1kg which required the delivery services other than Royal Mail. (Please
ensure you do not open the package if it’s in any sealed wrapping otherwise the
returns and refund could be void).
I received the wrong
item, what’s the process?
We are all human and accidents do happen even though this is
very rare, if this does happen please contact us via eBay’s messaging system
using the return postage system on eBay which we will pay for. Once we receive
the returned item we will send the correct one as soon as possible. If we don’t have the one you originally
purchased we will contact you immediately and either offer a replacement or
refund.
My item is faulty
after use.
If your item is faulty after delivery and they are still
within the warranty period you can are entitled to a replacement or refund.

I have changed my
mind (Distance selling regulations)
If you purchased goods from us and have changed your mind
and wish to cancel your order you have the right to do so, any payments you
made to us will be refunded back fully.
