Beautiful Original Painting ''A Walk At Night'' January 2004 - Signed by Pete Rumney

Size of painting: 20” x 16” (508mm x 406mm).

As new condition. I am the original and only owner of this piece. This painting is over 16 years old, and has been stored carefully, therefore it is in pristine, vibrant condition with no holes, tears, or loss of colour.

Signed ‘Rumney’ on front lower left corner. Signed, titled and dated on the reverse. Also comes with the original certificate of authenticity from the artist.

This is an original, 100% hand painted acrylic and oil on canvas, and not a print.

The artist Pete Rumney, is a well-known and popular UK artist based in Newcastle, North East of England.

It will be a fantastic focal point on any wall or in a private collection. His work has increased in value over the years, selling to private owners around the world, so could be viewed as an investment opportunity.

This is a rare opportunity to own one of his early paintings, in a simpler style, inspired by L.S. Lowry, Claude Monet and Van Gogh.

It is a very desirable original painting that would enhance a modern home with style, elegance and colour. It depicts a countryside hilltop scene in bold shades of pink, purple, blue, cyan and white, with details picked out in purple, white and gold. The stars in the night sky are a nice addition.
