Postage charges

Postage fees are based on the weight and size of the actual item.  The postage charge can be combined for one or more of either the same, where applicable, or different items and the process varies depending on where you are purchasing from as per the sections A) or B) below:-

A) For domestic buyers - postage will be recalculated for the items, please wait for an adjusted invoice from me before issuing payment.

B) For international buyers - I cannot issue an adjusted invoice because I use the eBay Global Shipping Programme and one will be sent automatically based on the details in the listing, therefore please message me with your requirements and then I can set up a specific listing for you, that combines the postage, please note there is a GBP £0.25p admin fee for this which will be added to the agreed sale price of the new listing.

Delivery

For items to be delivered within the UK: Following receipt of cleared funds via Paypal, item(s) will be dispatched up to 2 workings days following either by 2^nd Class Royal Mail or My Hermes, please allow further delivery times before receiving your item(s).

For items to be delivered outside the UK: Following receipt of cleared funds via Paypal, item(s) will be dispatched up to 2 workings days following either by 2^nd Class Royal Mail or My Hermes to the eBay Global Shipping centre, please allow further delivery times before receiving your item(s).

For items to be collected: Following receipt of cleared funds via Paypal, item(s) will be ready for collection on the agreed date.  For cash collection then funds must be presented upon arrival.

Returns

In the unfortunate event of an issue arising, in the first instance, please contact me via eBay within 14 days from the date of the sale to initiate a resolution to the issue, any further correspondence either electronic or verbal will be binding. Please retain all the packaging to return the item. In most circumstances you will incur the cost of returning the item. My apologies, but in the event that the item(s) do not arrive and should I be successful in claiming compensation for as such from the courier, only then I will pass on any recompense for the value of the item(s) only, excluding any and all postage costs.
