This is a new NCR DB9 to RJ50 converter cable to make a connection from the NCR point of sale system serial / RS-232 / COM terminal to a serial port on a printer or compatible peripheral. 

Double-check your part number and look at the pins in the photos to confirm a match.

The best way to confirm is to match the part numbers, which are typically printed on a label on the cable. This is known by all of the following part numbers:

• NCR 497-0465037 Rev. A
• NCR 1432-C337-0007

This cable is manufactured for NCR by Jutze and is 2 feet long / 24 inches with a RJ50 gold 10-pin male on one end to connect to a terminal port, and a DB9 9-pin male on the other end to go to a peripheral device's serial port.

If a longer cable is needed, then a DB-9 female to male cable (not included) can be used to extend the length.
