This area of expertise, reserved for insiders, has sparked intense research in the color workshops of Maison Caran d'Ache. The choice of complementarity was essential with the offer of a wide range of colors, including 84 shades.
Wishing to perfect the precious medium while following the advice of master artists in the art of pastel, Caran d'Ache has endowed its Pastel Pencils range with optimal properties. The extra-fine pigments, very highly concentrated, offer a very beautiful luminosity, a great covering power and an exceptional resistance to light.
The large diameter of the pastel lead, brought to 4.7 mm, ensures the smoothness of the color, the resistance to the line and the precision of the line.
