Here are estimates for the condition of each figure based on the grading scale below:

95 Mint – Perfect figure. Looks brand new. No noticeable wear of any kind.
92 Near Mint – Almost perfect action figure. It could have ever so slight wear.
90 Excellent – Very high grade. It will have very light wear.
85 Very Fine Condition – Still very nice. It will have some minor wear.
80 Fine Condition – It will have some surface wear, but is still very presentable.
75 Very Good Condition – Average. It will have some wear from play, but not severe.
70 Good Condition – Has a few issues. Scoring, scuffing, scratching, stains etc.
65 Fair Condition – Will have a moderate level of wear, but still be useable.
60 Poor Condition – Major damage. No longer suitable for display.
1990 Punisher- Good Condition. Has some wear on chest and hand, and backside.
1990 Captain America (Complete)-Fine Condition – Has some minor wear on backside.
1990 Captain America- Good Condition – Has a some paint wear, on head and arms/ hands.
