If for any reason you would like to return an item within 30 days of receiving the delivery you should message our customer service team through eBay to inform them that you wish to return the item
All goods to be returned will need to in the original packaging and in the full as supplied condition from us at our warehouse or direct from the factory.
In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges

Please note the important following.
You cannot return to us a product that has been contaminated unless it can be autoclaved before dispatch and labelled as such so that our team are not exposed to the dangers of dirty returned items, and associated issues. Any item returned to us in a condition classified as unsterile and / or dangerous will be destroyed immediately and refunds will be revoked.
Warranty….
When your purchase an item from us you will receive the manufacturer’s warranty from us, the item will be supplied with a warranty registration form via email and this will need to be filled out and returned to us at ss dental online shop for registration of the item. We can supply you with engineers around the UK for fitting of your items and you can find a list of these on our main site as some items needed to be fitted by your local engineer if you are unable to use our Dental engineers in Devon and Cornwall then let us know we will find you one from our list and let you know, or let your usual engineer fit the item just remember to fill out the registration form and send back to us.
If you have an item that fails during the warranty period then let us know, we may be able to assist you
Delivery
Items will be delivered either from stock in our Dental Parts Warehouse. Some other equipment that’s in stock will be despatched from our Plymouth HQ at SSD Group and couriered to you for next day delivery if ordered before 1400HR the day before. If it’s a factory delivery item, then we will email you to confirm expected delivery date.
Delivery of all items is included unless stated in the description or the images, delivery from the courier is to the door so should you order a large or bulky item please allocate for transferring the item into your delivery address, refusal and return of a delivery will incur a restock fee.
If you are unsure of the purchase you are making, we have a team of wonderful people in the office who can assist you, including skilled Dental engineers from our HQ in Plymouth who support Devon and Cornwall within the dental and veterinary trade in the United Kingdom, our web site is full of amazing information portals and all our GDRP’s and T&C’s are present and up to date.
