Measurements: 5in wide x 4.5in deep x 6in high. Each balustrade, railing, fishscale tile and shutter detail lovingly created to model the 1890's detailed Victorian houses. Note: All Interior furniture is included in this house and there is no hinge like other models.

Designed by San Francisco Architect and produced in the United States. Made of 3D printed plastic and can be easily painted with acrylic paint. May need some light sanding in some areas but not necessary. Note: This is not intended to be a toy. Each house is highly detailed thus tiny details may break in shipping.
