A wonderful neckerchief / fichu from France dating from circa 1800-1820. A very rare find!! ~*~ This fabulous textile has a lovely floral pattern border! ~. The ground tone is a wonderful aged off-white and the printing is in lovely antique purples. Wonderful pattern, I’ve not seen another quite like it!! Light weight printed cotton. are some small stains and some pale pink stains and light fading on the border, but generally quite
