You have 14 working days from when you received your item to request a return and get your money back.
Please always CONTACT US FIRST if you want to return an item. We may offer replacement or other make ups for you, without the hassle of returning it.
About the Return Postage
Please always contact us first before you return an item by yourself. We may ask for photo proofs to determine who will be paying for the postage.
When we are responsible for the return postage, we will provide a return label and issue your refund once the item has been returned in it’s original packaging and in an unused condition.
When the buyer is responsible for return postage, you can choose to arrange your own return and inform us of the tracking information.

Find the item in your Purchase History in My eBay and choose ‘Contact Seller’
Send us a message to let us know why you’d like to return the item, or if you’d prefer a replacement/alternative item.
We aim to respond to your message within 24hrs and find a suitable resolution for you.
To open a returns case:
Go to your Purchase History in My eBay and choose ‘I want to return this item’
Choose the reason why you’d like to return your product.
eBay may automatically accept your return request.
You then have 7 days to return your item to us.
We will issue your refund once the item has been delivered and checked by our warehouse staff.
Please always inform us of your return with the tracking information so we can record it and refund you correctly.
PLEASE DO NOT:
- Return any item in a damaged condition.
- Return the item by yourself, without informing us.
- Select a wrong reason for return.
